Myles Pollard

Myles has appeared in many Australian television series including Water Rats, Home and Away, All Saints, Wildside, Double Trouble, Packed to the Rafters, Underbelly 2, East West 101, Rescue Special Ops and Sea Patrol. It was playing Nick Ryan in the internationally acclaimed television series McLeods Daughters that secured him a place in the hearts and minds of millions of people worldwide. Myles has also worked as an actor with respected Australian Theatre companies. He appeared in the box office hit, Wolverine, had a lead role in the critically acclaimed feature film, Thirst, a lead alongside Sam Worthington in Drift (shot in WA), appeared in Tim Winton’s “The Turning” alongside Rose Byrne and Miranda Otto, featured in “Foreshadow” (also shot in WA) and has just completed filming alongside Richard Roxborough in Western Australia.

Jasmine Homer

Jasmine is a young mum, she has three small children, including twins. Jasmine lives in the Southwest these days but has plenty of experience in front of the TV camera. Jasmine has worked as a news reporter and producer for Seven News in WA and Queensland and later took a position as a reporter working with Today Tonight. Jasmine is an exceptional talent and won the 2013 Deb Kirwin Media Award for her work on Krikke Boys Shootout TV broadcast on GWN7. Jasmine has also hosted Targa South West and Targa West rally sports coverage and has a wealth of experience. Fresh TV is perfect for Jasmine as it’s a mix of her favourite things - Food, Family and television.

Josh Catalano
After appearing on hit cooking show MasterChef (Season 1), Josh Catalano is now Perth’s resident fishmonger with culinary skills. He was born and raised into Perth’s leading seafood business Catalano Seafoods. The family business was started by Josh's grandfather in 1969. These days, it is quite common that you can find Josh cooking up a storm in many different environments and locations, with his own catering business, which provides guests with live and interactive experiences. Josh has been a fimilar face on television and made regular appearances on Fresh TV Season 1, though in 2017 Josh takes on a fulltime role with the crew from Fresh.

Tony Howell

Tony Howell is an acclaimed and award winning chef. Over a 30-year career, Tony has generated a reputation as one of Australia’s best chefs. He has worked in the finest restaurants in Western Australia helping them win a multitude of awards with his culinary creations. Tony’s also a lot of fun. His role on the show sees him doing all sorts of things and meeting all sorts of people.

He lives with his family in the Margaret River region where he runs a number of restaurants with his business partners.

Rob Broadfield

Rob Broadfield is WA’s most well-known foody. Writing for the West Australian newspaper, and reviewing WA’s finest restaurants and food offerings. Rob, a chef himself loves food. His knowledge of the industry is second to none. He really is one of WA’s great talents.  Rob has the personality, passion and knowledge to be able to bring an entertaining look at food, how it’s made and who’s behind it. We are really proud to have him as a part of the Fresh TV line up.
